At first glance, it is obvious that the Kanu has a distinctive shape. The unique form of the seat and back is made from a single plywood moulding, creating cohesion between the two elements. And it was this shape, reminiscent of a canoe, that inspired the designer to name this lounge armchair. Kanu is very comfortable. The depth of the moulded seat and the wide, ergonomically curved backrest make it very comfy to sit on. The strong upward curve of the seat makes it easy to stand up, despite the lack of armrests. It is easy to lean on when getting up from the armchair. The ensemble is capped off by the option of ordering an armchair with upholstered pads, which increases seating comfort.
