Product description
This is a large floor candle holder, crafted from brass and copper, embodying the aesthetic of the early 20th century. The piece stands out due to its architectural form and the combination of materials, characteristic of the Art Deco or Amsterdam School period. The candle holder has a height of 92 cm and is made with a stable, triangular brass base, which transitions into a hammered sphere and an octagonal copper stem. The wide drip tray, also made of brass, is designed to catch candle wax and contributes to the robust and functional design. The mix of the golden brass and the darker, warm copper creates a refined visual contrast. The overall condition of the candle holder is good, with an authentic patina that has formed over time. This lived-in appearance testifies to the object's age and history and contributes to its unique character. The piece is structurally solid and retains its original form. This floor candle holder is an elegant object that can add an atmospheric accent to a hallway, living room, or next to a fireplace. It fits well within a classic, eclectic, or Art Deco-inspired interior.
