Product description
Characterful vintage Bubble table lamp by Kaiser Leuchten, crafted from glazed ceramic and produced in Germany, circa 1960. The sculptural lamp base consists of three superimposed spherical elements, a characteristic design from Kaiser Leuchten's ceramic Bubble series. The warm ochre and brown glaze is combined with speckled, almost lava-like nuances. Due to the variation in the glaze, each sphere acquires a unique pattern, creating a particularly lively surface. The lamp is in very neat vintage condition. The ceramic is beautifully preserved and the glaze still has a lovely deep sheen. There is one small imperfection in the glaze/ceramic on the top sphere; this has been clearly photographed and hardly detracts from the overall appearance. The lamp has been rewired and fitted with a new socket, ensuring the electrical components are neat and reliable once again. Dimensions are as follows: Height 75 cm, diameter 35 cm.
