Product description
A beautiful two-ply glass tronchi recessed ceiling lamp designed by J.T. Kalmar for Kalmar Franken, Vienna, Austria. Manufactured in approximately 1960. This chandelier is handmade and of high quality. Glass tubes with strung crystal with clear glass hanging from a brass plate. Illuminates beautifully. The timeless elegance of this chandelier is sure to create a special atmosphere in any home. Well cleaned respecting the beautiful patina, well wired (suitable for US), in fully working condition and ready to use. The lamp can be disassembled and the crystals can be packed separately for easy transport. LED compatible.
In good original condition.
One triangular cone is slightly damaged. (see photo)
The lamp has a diameter of 60cm
The total weight of the lamp is 55 kg
And is attached with 9 very long screws to support the weight of the 55 kg.
There are 25 R27 fittings connections in total for a large Sea of Light.
We now have 7 light points in use with LED, of 5 watts each.
