Bent ash frame with a seat and back made of stretched rope, forming a large sculptural arch reminiscent of harp strings. This low armchair, emblematic of organic Danish design in the 1960s, illustrates Scandinavian formal exploration of the tension between wood and textiles, in the tradition of Wegner.
