Product description
JLB: Surrealist sculptures in wrought iron, sometimes combined with glass. To be or not. The inspiration was the binary system, the foundation of computers.
The fire-forged numbers 1 and 0 were filled with 2 cm thick, mass-colored, artisanally cast glass (Albertini). The glass was hand-cut. The materials and techniques used by the artist are completely integrated into the result. All sculptures are highly tactile, yet so layered that the viewer almost immediately searches for the message and the relationship they have with it. The sculpture has been coated, giving it a beautiful sheen and a black-brown color. Unique, signed work from 2025. Dimensions: 28 x 17 x 6 cm
