Product description
Classic armchair, model Charles, by Jan Kurtz. The chair combines the traditional form of a café chair with a minimalist, timeless design and high-quality materials. A particularly characteristic feature is the sweeping curve of the backrest and armrests, which wrap almost semicircularly around the seat. Four narrow horizontal crossbars divide the backrest and lend the chair its distinctive, light appearance. The frame is made of beechwood with visible grain. The slender, slightly splayed legs and the curved wooden struts beneath the seat emphasize the handcrafted look of the construction. The dark brown, upholstered leather seat provides a beautiful contrast to the light wood. These material specifications also correspond to the manufacturer's information for the Charles model. Thanks to the wraparound armrests and backrest, the chair offers a comfortably enclosed seating position despite its delicate appearance. Condition: Good used condition with signs of age and use.
