About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
A dining table designed by Jan des Bouvrie for the Dutch manufacturer Gelderland, executed in cherry wood. This piece of furniture is an example of Des Bouvrie's signature, characterized by clear, cubist forms and a robust appearance.
The table is crafted with a cherry wood veneer finish, which provides a warm, reddish-brown color and a lively wood grain. With dimensions of 220 cm in length and 100 cm in width, the generous top comfortably seats eight people. The construction is supported by four solid, square legs that emphasize the minimalist and powerful design.
This item is in good, used condition and retains its structural integrity and functional value. Over the years, the wood has developed a characteristic patina that contributes to the authentic appearance of the furniture.
Thanks to its timeless and sleek design, this Gelderland table fits perfectly into both modern and classic interiors. It is a central element for a dining room or a spacious eat-in kitchen, where design and functionality come together.
