Product description
A large work (82cm x 59cm) by Jacqueline (Jaklien) Moerman (1931 - 2011). Jaklien was a Belgian painter and illustrator of children's books by authors including Mariette Vanhalewijn (see last photo) and magazines such as ‘Het Rijk der Vrouw’ (now Libelle). In the 1970s, her works were often featured on postcards, birth announcements, etc. Mentioned in ‘Visual Arts in and around Waregem’.
