The spherical shape of the designer bookshelf COMB protrudes gently from the wall like a sculpture and offers a practical and eye-catching way to store and display items. The designer's bookshelf is shaped like a hexagonal comb with expanding intersections. The three-way surfaces intersect at a 60-degree angle connected with a clever dovetail joint with no acute angles to bump into. The triangle-based structure is strong enough for the heaviest books and allows an airy yet rigid shape to be created from the only 6 mm thick birch plywood. The film-covered plywood bookshelf is easy to clean.
EASY TO ASSEMBLE
The COMB bookshelf family is the most popular of the entire product line and is available as a DIY flat pack consisting of 15 easy-to-assemble elements. A fun task to puzzle together. Metal rings to fix the shelf to the wall complete the composition.
