This Italian side table in the Hollywood Regency style combines opulent design with classic craftsmanship. Its curved silhouette and floral details make this piece a striking representative of its era.
Crafted from brass, the table features a gold-colored frame formed in elegant, organic lines. The two round shelves are made of smoked glass, with the upper shelf adorned with a delicate floral etching pattern. The intricately crafted legs and swan-like embellishments on the frame further emphasize the luxurious character of this Italian design.
Milo Baughman Design. The table is in good condition for its age. The original patina of the brass gives the piece an authentic vintage character, while the glass shelves have retained their functional and aesthetic integrity.
This elegant piece of furniture integrates beautifully into classic or eclectic interiors. It is ideal as a stylish accent next to a sofa or armchair, adding a touch of vintage glamour to any room. The lower glass shelf is flawless, as is the frame. The upper shelf has a patina consistent with its age (see photo). If the upper shelf were replaced with a new pane of glass, it would be perfect.
