Product description
This set of three Italian Modern nesting side tables originates from the 1970s, embodying the sleek and functional design ethos of the era. The canonical tiered silhouette offers both versatility and visual intrigue, making the set a highly desirable addition to contemporary interiors.
Constructed with a tubular metal frame finished in a warm gold tone, the tables feature square tops crafted from tinted glass. The graduated sizing allows the three pieces to slide seamlessly beneath one another, optimizing spatial efficiency while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic. Produced in Italy during the 1970s, the set reflects the period's fascination with geometric forms and the elegant interplay between reflective glass and metallic structures.
The set remains in good vintage condition, fully functional and structurally sound. The metallic frames have developed a distinct, authentic patina over the decades, presenting a character-rich surface that speaks to their history and original finish. The glass tops are well-preserved, maintaining their structural integrity.
These nesting tables serve as an ideal functional accent in a living room or lounge area. Their transparent surfaces and slender frames ensure they do not visually overpower a space, pairing exceptionally well with both Mid Century Modern furnishings and eclectic, contemporary decor.
