About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is an original vintage instrument cabinet by the German manufacturer Baisch. The piece is a characteristic example of functional mid-20th century design, originally conceived for use in medical or dental practices.
The cabinet is made of robust metal and features a two-tone finish in cream and royal blue. With a width of 190 cm, a height of 120 cm, and a depth of 40 cm, it offers diverse storage possibilities. The construction includes chrome-plated handles, glass shelves, and a black top. Thanks to its original castors, the cabinet is mobile and versatile.
The overall condition is good, commensurate with its age and original use. The cabinet retains its authentic patina and original fittings, which emphasize its vintage character. The various compartments, including an upper flap compartment, side cabinets, and pull-out trays, are all functional.
Due to its industrial yet elegant appearance, this cabinet is excellent as a unique bar cabinet, as a display cabinet in a living room, or as a striking storage piece in a creative office or studio. It seamlessly integrates into industrial, vintage, or eclectic style interiors.
