Beautiful Uchiwa III wall sconce or table lamp designed by Ingo Maurer for M-Design, Germany 1973.
The shade, made of bamboo and rice paper, gives off a beautiful warm diffused light. Inspired by the traditional Japanese Uchiwa fans, these lamps are entirely hand made and one of the most iconic designs by Ingo Maurer.
This particular lamp comes with its original removable foot base, allowing it to be used as a table lamp, as well as a wall sconce.
With these beautiful high end design lamps any room will instantly have a warm ambience, creating a welcoming space.
