Product description
Collection of framed and dried colorful butterflies, 6 pieces in total, a nice collection in a wooden box with glass, the black frame is decorated with carved patterns, second half of the 20th century. The collection includes 3 butterflies from Madagascar, including Urania Ripheus, Papilio demodocus, and Salamis Duprei, an African swallowtail, Papilio nireus, all tropical butterflies originating from tropical and subtropical Africa or Madagascar, framed with respect and beauty, mounted on a blue velvet background. In very good vintage condition, slight discoloration of the background, there is some orange dust in the frame, probably from the wings of the butterflies, but nothing disturbing, check the photos for more details! Dimensions: 34x24cm. Weight: 0.817kg
