Product description
Floor lamp featuring a tall cylindrical diffuser in white translucent polymer. The shade is supported by a three-point brushed steel bracket, which transitions into a slender vertical stem finished in charcoal grey. The fixture is anchored by a matching three-point cross base in brushed steel, providing a stable, low-profile footprint. Light is operated via an integrated white push-button switch located at the top of the stem. The design is characteristic of European industrial functionalism from the 1970s, where the emphasis was placed on modularity and the use of technical materials. The combination of brushed metal and plastic volumes, along with the understated grey and silver palette, aligns with the rationalist lighting produced in Germany and the Netherlands during this period. Suited to placement in a reading corner or as an architectural light element in a living space. Good vintage condition, consistent with age and use. The polymer diffuser remains bright and intact; the metal stem and base show minor surface scuffs as shown in the photographs.
