About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
The Lips chair, designed by Niels Gammelgaard for IKEA, is a recognizable piece of vintage design. This specific model stands out due to its striking turquoise color and the distinctive, minimalist design typical of Gammelgaard's work from that period.
The chair consists of a synthetic shell resting on a sturdy, black metal frame. With a height of 80 cm, a width of 70 cm, and a depth of 67 cm, this chair offers a comfortable seating experience. Production took place in Italy, contributing to the furniture's European design history.
The chair is in good, functional condition, retaining its original character. The synthetic shell has retained its bright color well, contributing to the overall fresh appearance.
This chair fits perfectly into an eclectic or modern interior where a touch of color is desired. It is a versatile piece of furniture that comes into its own both as an accent chair in a living room or as a functional seat in a creative workspace.
