Product description
Offered is a set of four Dining chairs of the Tobias model, a well-known design by Carl Öjerstam for Ikea. These chairs are a modern interpretation of the classic cantilever chair, executed in a striking transparent material. The design is loved for its minimalist silhouette and its ability to create a sense of spaciousness.
The construction consists of a seat and backrest made from a single piece of polycarbonate, which provides slight flexibility and comfort. This transparent body rests on a sturdy sled base frame of chrome-plated steel, forming an elegant contrast with the clear seat. The chairs combine durability with a refined, almost invisible aesthetic, allowing them to fit seamlessly into various interiors.
This set is in good, used condition, consistent with its age and functional use. The materials show the expected signs of life, which contributes to the character of the chairs. The overall structural integrity is excellent, and the chairs are fully functional.
Thanks to their transparent nature, these Tobias chairs are particularly suitable for smaller dining rooms or kitchens, as they do not visually fill the space. They fit perfectly into a modern, minimalist, or Scandinavian interior and can be combined with a variety of table styles, from wood to glass.
