This is a wall lamp from the IKEA Stoja Series. These Memphis-style lamps are a classic of their time (1980s). The lamp is in good condition and has only light signs of use.
This lamp, part of the IKEA Stoja series, was designed in the famous Memphis style. It is often said that Ettore Sottsass designed this series for IKEA, but these claims are false. This has been confirmed by IKEA. The Stoja series first appeared in 1990, but this desk lamp first made its appearance in the 1991 IKEA catalog.
