Product description
π IKEA PS SVARVA β Floor lamp (2009) β’ Front Design (Anna Lindgren, Katja Pettersson, Sofia Lagerkvist & Charlotte von der Lancken) β’ Rare piece
A sculptural design classic from the iconic IKEA PS collection of 2009, designed by the internationally renowned Swedish design collective Front Design, consisting of Anna Lindgren, Katja Pettersson, Sofia Lagerkvist and Charlotte von der Lancken. The SVARVA floor lamp is known for its playful, bead-like wooden segments and its calm, Scandinavian design language.
This piece features a tapered, cream-colored linen lampshade (30 Γ 40 Γ 21 cm).
This shade belongs to the initial design of the SVARVA and accurately reflects the original shape, proportions and material experience as Front Design presented the lamp. Of course, the shade can be replaced according to personal preference, but this is the shade in which the lamp was originally intended.
