The table/desk and the filing cabinet are in very good condition but the table top carries signs of discoloration where the sunlight reached the exposed parts of the table top. The leather of the chair is smooth but shows normal signs of use. The table and the chair can be dismantled for more compact shipping. The legs/ wheels can also be taken off for shipping. Preferably the three pieces are sold together as one set but reasonable offers for the individual items will be considered as well.
