Both the model and the designer are unknown to me. The lamp has a diameter of 40 cm and has two fittings for E14 (dimmable) LED bulbs that provide more than enough light. Because the back of the lamp is slanted at the bottom, the top comes about 16 cm from the wall. The lamp is in good condition, a few shallow scratches are visible on the plastic.
