Product description
Iconic salt and pepper shaker set by Gense, Sweden. Designed by Pierre Forssell, the design was presented at the Helsingborg H55 Design Exhibition in 1955. They are made of stainless steel with a removable black Bakelite base for filling (the bases can be unscrewed). The smaller shaker is marked with an "S" and the larger with a "P" for salt and pepper.
The shakers are 11 cm and 9 cm tall, respectively, and have diameters of 4 cm and 3.5 cm. The total weight is 94 grams.
The condition is good to very good. The Bakelite has some minor chips, but otherwise the set is in very good condition.
