The Aeron chair: one of the most successful office furniture in history. Casual and timeless and at the same time the highest level of ergonomics.
Designers Don Chadwick and Bill Stumpf have created a work chair that is both ergonomic and of high quality design. The basic idea behind the design is to make it easier for office workers who spend a large part of the day sitting.
This is guaranteed by the use of the N835Pellicle membrane+N835 used for the first time for the seat and backrest. And the kinemat patent as an innovative tilting mechanism. At launch, the Aeron was the first office chair of its kind to be without upholstery.
The Aeron Chair was named "Design of the Decade" or best work instrument at the "National Ergonomic Conference and Exhibition" by the Industrial Designers Society America, among others. The Aeron is a permanent exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
seats have been technically checked and re-lubricated. We provide the chair with new arm pads and new lumbar supports.
