Product description
This Herman Miller coffee table, produced in the United States around 1970, is a striking example of mid-century design.
Designed by Bruno Limberger, it belongs to the Converta series for Vitra, which includes various types of tables and wall racks.
The table is crafted with a chrome-plated 18 mm square metal frame. An interlocking system connected by an elegant corner joint.
The glass top hangs subtly between the frame and features a printed pattern consisting of a central star and a classic meander or keystone border. The sleek, square legs emphasize the minimalist character of the base.
The furniture is in a condition consistent with its age and use. The chrome has retained its shine and the glass top displays the original decoration. The glass does show some damage.
This coffee table fits perfectly into a vintage or eclectic interior. Its transparent nature and reflective materials create a spacious effect.
