Beautiful and rare table lamp by Herda. The lamp breathes Mid Century / Art Deco and is in a very beautiful vintage condition. The lamp stands firmly on a black base in which beautifully polished acrylic glass has been 'cast'. All this with beautiful brass details. The lamp gives a particularly atmospheric light. Under the base, the lamp is marked with the original Herda sticker.
A real eye catcher!
Made in the Herda lighting studio in Amsterdam. Here, high-quality lighting was designed and manufactured manually. This means that these lamps are very popular and sought after internationally. And they still are, because precisely because of the glamorous appearance, this type of Mid Century lamps from Herda have recently been rediscovered and are currently very popular.
Long story short: a rare table lamp that gives any interior instant Hollywood Regency vibes. In addition, you naturally give a beautifully designed gem a new home and a chance to shine again.

Herda Lighting BV (1946 - 1997) was a Dutch lighting factory founded by the Daniels brothers in 1946 with Amsterdam as its main location and a second location in Tilburg. Herda worked with some well-known Dutch designers from the studio in Amsterdam, including some top designers such as Willem van Oyen.
This Herda lamp can be viewed and picked up in Amsterdam Buitenveldert, parking is easy in front of the door! Feel free to contact me to make an appointment.
