The sofa with armchair is still in excellent condition. Age is approximately 10 years. But still a very solid sofa: still fits well. No wear. The only thing is a loose thread, see last photo. Fabric is very practical and also easy to clean.There are some loose threads on one sofa seat cushion. See last photo.
