Beautiful original Harvink Mission design sofa, designed by Jack Crebolder for Harvink. An iconic Dutch postmodern design from the late 1980s.
We are parting with it with a heavy heart. It is very comfortable and, as far as we are concerned, is still a stunning piece, but unfortunately, it no longer looks its best in our new home.
The sofa consists of a wide wooden platform with integrated side tables, a chrome tubular frame, and cognac/burgundy leather cushions. Thanks to its low, wide design, it has a beautiful architectural appearance. At 242 cm, it is also a generous size; sitting four people side by side is perfectly fine.
Condition: original used/vintage condition. The frame and back cushions are still in very good condition. The leather on the seat cushions shows clear signs of wear and patina, and one seam is damaged/open (see detail photo). The wooden platform also shows signs of use. Therefore, it is also of interest to someone who wants to have it restored or reupholstered. Dimensions:
