Description
Hans Eichenberger was a Swiss architect and designer. His work as a furniture designer includes around 35 chairs and armchairs. Some of them are on display in renowned collections such as the MOMA in New York, the Museum für Gestaltung in Zurich and the Vitra Design Museum in Weil am Rhein. In 2016, at the age of 90, Eichenberger received the Swiss Grand Prix Design for his outstanding contribution to Swiss design history.
One of his most important works is the HE-103 chair offered here, dating from 1955. The design received the 'Die Gute Form' award in 1962.
