Beautiful handmade wicker basket in a vibrant African style. This basket is a unique addition to any interior and can be used for storage, decoration, or even as a planter. This basket is hand-woven by highly experienced artisans in Senegal. The base fibers come from an indigenous species of fan palm, locally known as the palmier rognier. The refined weaving begins with interlacing the fibers. Next, they are wrapped around each other from the center outwards to create the shape of the basket.
