About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This handmade ceramic tea set is a striking example of artisanal design. The set distinguishes itself through the playful addition of three-dimensional bird motifs serving as handles and a lid knob, giving the whole a unique and organic character.
The set consists of a teapot and two matching cups, crafted from robust ceramic. The surface is finished with an expressive, dripping glaze in deep shades of green, turquoise, and brown, creating a lively and earthy color palette. The bird details are executed in a contrasting, bronze-colored finish that emphasizes the tactile quality of the material.
The tea set is in excellent condition, with the glaze having fully retained its original shine and texture. The artisanal production method is clearly visible in the slight irregularities of the shape, contributing to the object's authentic appearance.
This tea set comes into its own particularly well in an eclectic or organic modern interior. It is a functional work of art that adds a refined, natural atmosphere to the room, both during use and as decoration on a sideboard or in an open display cabinet.
