Authentic, hand-woven kilim from Georgia, presumably from the mid-20th century. The rug is made of 100% wool and features a rich, graphic pattern with stacked diamond medallions, a characteristic “running dog” border, and S-motifs. The deep ruby red, petrol blue, and black tones are beautifully complemented by pink accents. • Hand-woven slit-tapestry kilim (plain weave) • Georgia, mid-20th century • Approx. 60–90 years old • Dimensions: approx. 168 × 305 cm • 100% wool, with fringe on both short sides • Signs of use, minor repairs, and wear consistent with age • Has been hung; hooks are still present.
