Product description
Iconic H-70 armchair designed by renowned Czech modernist Jindřich Halabala for UP Závody, Brno, circa 1930s–1940s.
This piece is preserved in its original and exceptionally well-kept condition, making it a rare find for both collectors and design enthusiasts. Unlike many restored examples, this armchair retains its authentic character while remaining fully functional and comfortable.
Reclining mechanism – adjustable in two positions (upright seating and relaxed lounge).
Elegant beechwood frame with beautifully curved armrests, a hallmark of Halabala’s timeless design.
Ready to use – solid and stable, free of dirt and liquid stains.
The H-70 model is one of the most sought-after pieces of Central European modernist furniture. Its value has been steadily increasing, making it not only a functional design object but also a worthy investment.
