Product description
A characteristic Dutch design lamp with a dark brown metal shade, chrome adjustable arm, and round base. The arm is adjustable in height and angle, and the shade can also be tilted, allowing the light to be easily directed. I have used the lamp myself as an accent lamp on a wooden dresser. Precisely because the arm and shade are adjustable, it can also be used well as a desk lamp or on a bedside table. The lamp has a calm, functional design typical of Hala Zeist's work and fits well within a mid-century or modern interior. The lamp is in good vintage condition and shows visible signs of wear appropriate for its age, including around the switch. See photos for condition. DIMENSIONS Base diameter: 18 cm Shade diameter: 30 cm Height: approximately 45 cm DETAILS Designer: H.Th.A. Busquet Manufacturer: Hala Zeist Model: 144 Origin: Netherlands Material: lacquered metal and chrome-plated metal Color: dark brown and chrome Condition: vintage condition with signs of wear, working Light source not included
