About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is an authentic Desk lamp, designed by H. Busquet for the Dutch brand Hala. It is the well-known model 144, a true icon of Dutch Design from the middle of the last century.
The lamp has a distinctive construction with a metal, brown metallic lacquered shade and base, combined with an elegant chrome-plated arm. The inside of the shade is painted white for optimal and bright light distribution. Thanks to the adjustable arm and tiltable shade, you can direct the light exactly where you need it.
This vintage lamp is in good, working condition and retains its original character. It is a beautiful functional object that adds a touch of Mid-Century Modern style to any desk, dresser or reading nook. The lamp fits perfectly in both a vintage and a modern interior.
Good vintage condition, with signs of wear appropriate for its age: a scratch in the lacquer on the base (see photos).
