For the lover of authentic Dutch Design: a 100% original vintage Hala Zeist Model 757 desk lamp, designed by the iconic designer H.Th.J.A. Busquet in the 1950s/60s. This example is finished in the sought-after, characteristic industrial dark green color and is in completely original condition. The lamp features the original flexible chrome gooseneck and the iconic rocker switch on the round metal base. Important technical note: The lamp is completely original, but the socket needs to be replaced. A simple and rewarding job for the handy DIYer or vintage enthusiast to get this Dutch Design classic burning safely again! Over the decades, the lamp has built up a beautiful, weathered industrial patina (authentic rust spots and characterful paint loss on the base, see photos).
