Product description
This Hague School chair is a characteristic example of Dutch design from the early twentieth century. The design is characterized by the clean, geometric lines and robust construction typical of this influential style period.
The chair is crafted from solid wood with a warm, brown finish that emphasizes the natural grain of the material. The seat is upholstered in dark green leather, finished with decorative nails along the edges, contributing to its authentic appearance. The straight backrest and armrests offer a firm and comfortable seating experience.
The piece of furniture is in a condition commensurate with its age and use, preserving its original character and patina. The construction is solid, and the materials reveal the object's history.
This chair comes into its own perfectly in a classic or eclectic interior, where it serves as a striking historical accent. It is an ideal piece for a study, library, or as a characterful occasional chair in a living room.
