Oak chair in Hague school style. Designer and manufacturer unknown, possibly after design by H.F. Mertens for the L.O.V. Solid oak. New dark blue rib velvet upholstery, finished with decorative rivets. Marked under the seat with stamp 'state purchasing agency 3 approved'. See last photo.
