H. Sanders classic Dutch landscape painting, dating from the 1950s to 1970s. This painting is by the Dutch painter Herman Sanders (1925–2004), who was known for his atmospheric, traditional landscapes. The artwork is an oil painting on canvas, characteristic of the Dutch Romantic School or Impressionism, with a focus on watery polder landscapes.
