Product description
This is a large-scale reproduction of the iconic work 'Self-Portrait (Tamara in the Green Bugatti)' by the Polish Art Deco painter Tamara de Lempicka. The work was executed by the Dutch master painter Geert Jan Jansen, known for his interpretations of famous artworks. The painting is made with a mixed technique on canvas, combining a fine art print with hand-painted lines. Measuring 90 cm wide and 115 cm high, it is an imposing piece. The composition is dominated by the characteristic cool, precise lines of the Art Deco style, with a palette of deep green, grey tones, and powerful red accents. The work is framed in a suitable black wooden frame with a wide, gold-colored inner edge. The artwork is in very good condition, with bright and vibrant colors. It is stretched on a sturdy wooden stretcher frame and is ready to be hung immediately. A label on the back indicates its origin from Galerie Beverweerd b.v., adding an interesting detail to the history of this specific piece. Due to its size and expressive style, this painting is a striking statement piece. It fits perfectly into an interior with classic, eclectic, or Art Deco influences, where it can serve as a focal point in a living room, hallway, or study.
