Beautiful large bust of a horse; the sculpture is made of solid plaster and hand-painted, dating from the second half of the 20th century, maker unknown. The sculpture is crafted in a classical Greek style and is reminiscent of the horses depicted on the Parthenon or the horse of Alexander the Great; the mane and the depiction of the muscles give this horse bust a powerful appearance, a nice and impressive addition to your interior. This object is in excellent vintage condition, with some minor signs of age and use, such as a few chips on the mane, eyes, and nose, but nothing distracting; this sculpture still looks fantastic.
