Private sellerProduct description
Beautiful, very large pendant lamp from the Art Deco period. The shade is made of heavy opaline milk glass, which provides very pleasant, soft, and warm light. What makes this lamp special is the combination of its generous size and the fixture. The brass shade above the globe features a beautiful decorative rim with a classic meander motif (trefoil) and a lovely patina built up over the years. With its diameter of 40 cm, it is a substantial eye-catcher, perfect for above a large dining table or in a room with a high ceiling. The glass is in excellent condition and has no chips, cracks, or damage. Specifications Style: Art Deco / Jugendstil Material: Opaline glass (milk glass) & brass Shade diameter: approx. 40 cm Shade height: approx. 30 cm Total length: approx. 95 cm (measured from ceiling to bottom of shade) Includes: Brass chain and ceiling rose Condition: Very neat. The glass has a minuscule chip on the edge (see photo) but is otherwise complete and undamaged; the brass shows light, authentic signs of age.
