Gregorio Conde played a significant role in the development of artistic bronze casting in Bolivia in the 20th century. He worked as a master caster for various renowned sculptors, including Emiliano Luján, and was involved in monumental projects in La Paz, including those around Paseo del Prado and the Germán Busch monument. Additionally, he created smaller sculptures known for their precise finish and texture.
