About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a characteristic desk lamp from the 1970s, executed in a vibrant green color. The design is a perfect example of the Space Age style, with its iconic 'eyeball' lampshade reminiscent of the fascination with space travel of that era.
The lamp has a round, green lacquered metal base and a matching spherical shade. This shade is attached to a slender, curved chrome stand, allowing you to easily direct the light beam. The white interior of the shade ensures bright and functional light reflection, ideal for a desk or as a reading lamp.
The lamp is in good vintage condition. The original finish and wiring contribute to the authentic character of the piece. It is an object that proudly carries its history and adds a touch of nostalgia to any space.
A true Space Age classic, beautiful on a desk, bedside table, or dresser. In the style of Dutch Herda lamps, manufacturer unknown.
