The vase was made in 1971, designed by Bogdan Kupczyk for the ‘Ząbkowice’ Glassworks. Catalogue number 6048.
An elegant pressed glass vase with a striking, sculptural form and a distinctive geometric relief. It is a highly regarded example of Polish functional design from the 1970s, combining a modern shape with a highly decorative texture that plays beautifully with light. The model appears in the 1971 HSG Ząbkowice catalogue under number 6048, which further confirms its collectable status.
