This glass vase was designed by Petr Hora and produced at the Škrdlovice glassworks in Czechoslovakia. Hora worked at Škrdlovice from the 1970s to the 1990s and is recognized for his technically refined approach to layered and underglaze glass.
The vase is executed using the underglaze technique, with an amber-toned inner layer encased in clear glass. The cylindrical form is solid and well-proportioned, emphasizing depth of color and optical clarity.
The piece is in very good vintage condition, with light patina consistent with age. Minor bubbles and inclusions from the glassmaking process may be present. No cracks or structural damage are observed.
