This crystal Vase / Bottle / Bottle Vase, designed by Siem van der Marel, was made in Leerdam at the famous Royal Leerdam glass factory. The Vase / Bottle / Bottle Vase is the predecessor of the current “Iris” series and is executed in a transparent color. The etched mark of the Royal Leerdam glass factory is located on the underside of the Vase / Bottle / Bottle Vase. This elegant bottle vase, designed by Siem van der Marel for Glasfabriek Leerdam, is a beautiful example of modern Dutch glass design. The 'Iris' model, produced around the year 2000, stands out for its slender, organic silhouette and timeless appearance.
The vase is crafted from clear, transparent glass, which emphasizes the flowing lines of the design. The asymmetrical, bevelled neck adds a subtle, playful element to the otherwise minimalist form. The vase is marked on the bottom, confirming its authenticity and origin from the renowned Leerdam glass factory.
The object is in excellent condition and has fully retained its original clarity and luster. There are no visible damages or restorations, attesting to careful preservation.
This vase looks stunning in a modern or minimalist interior. It is a refined decorative object that makes a stylish addition to a sideboard or side table, whether holding a single flower or standing on its own.
When shipped, the item will be carefully packed to prevent damage.
