Poster designed by W.H. Gispen.
The lamp depicted, the Giso lamp, was very popular.
"The Giso lamp was one of many designs produced by Gispen's factory in Rotterdam. This model was particularly successful; over 1,000 were sold in 1929."
The poster has been hanging for several years. It has not faded. However, it does have some minor brown spots; see the photos.
