ProfessionalProduct description
Vintage Gispen 1235 armchair | Soft chenille
This vintage Gispen 1235 armchair has been given a completely new look! The slender metal frame, black armrests, and characteristic design give the chair a timeless design with a subtle industrial look.
The original blue faux leather upholstery has been replaced by a soft polyester chenille in a warm beige/sand color. The subtle texture and warm hue create a calm, contemporary look that combines beautifully with the metal frame.
The chair has been completely reupholstered and fitted with new foam and new mounting clips. The chenille feels wonderfully soft and has a Martindale score of no less than 120,000. This makes the fabric extremely durable and suitable for intensive daily use.
Thanks to its comfortable seat and practical armrests, this chair is not only suitable for the dining table, but also as a standalone chair at a desk, in a study, or as a stylish addition to a seating area.
A characterful vintage armchair, carefully renewed and ready for a second life.
