Product description
Gica Contra 195 is a minimalist floor lamp designed by Tommaso Cristofaro.
Standing almost two metres tall, its extremely slender form is designed to disappear into the architecture while transforming the wall behind it. The light is directed entirely towards the wall, creating a warm, indirect glow and a strong interplay between light, shadow and space.
Made in Europe in a numbered edition, each piece is individually finished. Subtle variations and small imperfections are part of the making process and make every lamp unique.
Its restrained geometry allows Gica Contra 195 to work equally well in contemporary, minimalist and more classical interiors, where it becomes a quiet architectural presence rather than a conventional floor lamp.
